Inspired by sfushidahardy’s interpretation of “Top Right Boi” as a region-building constraint, and further inspired by an awesome ruleset invented (?) by Jesper and later executed brilliantly by tallcat, I bring to you the next installment in the Top Right Boi series. Enjoy!

Quite fun! Very cool extension of the region pointing, with a fun meme-y flair... enjoyed the top right implications and how this all shook out in the solve. Thank you!

Clarifying question: Can a cell in Region 9 contains an arrow?
-no, there is no “looping”, so region 9 is indeed without arrows
