I have revisited an idea I used for the puzzle Have one on me!!. I have since added a small Dynamic Fog tweak to that puzzle to help the flow.

Initial Setter Difficulty: 1-1.5 / 5
Normal Sudoku rules apply
Place the digits 1-9 so that they do not repeat in any row, column, or 3x3 box.
Given Twos
All 2s in the grid are given digits, if you can see a white space through the fog, that cell cannot be a 2.
Dynamic Fog
In this puzzle, correctly placed digits will reveal that cell. Some key deductions will uncover more fog.
The following common constraints are used within this puzzle:
- Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the number in the attached circle.
- Dutch Whisper (Orange) (D): Adjacent digits on a line differ by at least 4.
- Evens: Digits on a solid grey square are even.
- German Whispers (Green) (G): Adjacent digits on a line differ by at least 5.
- Killer Cages: Digits in a cage sum to the given total.
- Renban (Pink) (R): Digits on a line form a set of distinct consecutive digits.
- Thermometers: Digits increase from bulb to tip.
- XV: Digits separated by an X sum to 10, Digits separated by a V sum to 5.
- Zippers (Z) (Lavender/Bumped): Digits an equal distance from the bumped centre of a line sum to the number in the centre.
Hint to start
The 18 cage needs a 2, and only one cell is in the fog.
