Friendly Sudoku Pack: Optimization

Friendly cells are one of my favorite variants, and it's been a while since I made a puzzle with it. Each puzzle in this pack will be given the exact count of friendly cells along with standard variants. Hope you enjoy solving the puzzles!

Rules:
Normal 4x4 sudoku rules apply.
Friendly: A digit in a friendly cell matches at least one of the row number (counting top to bottom), column number (counting left to right), or box number (counting in reading order). The exact count of friendly cells is given for each puzzle.
Odd: Digits in grey circles must be odd.
Renban: Digits on a purple line form a set of consecutive, non-repeating digits in any order.
Arrow: Digits along an arrow may repeat and must sum to the digit in the attached circle.
Diagonal: Digits along blue diagonal may not repeat.
Whispers: Adjacent digits along a green line must have a difference of at least 2.
Between Lines: Digits on the line must be numerically between the digits in the attached circles.
