Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Diamond-tipped gray blocks are Laser emitters. Each Laser emitter creates a Laser, which initially travels in the direction away from the emitter's base.
Digits on emitters and in cells where a Laser turns 90 degrees state the number of further cells the Laser travels through before it turns again or has exited the grid.
(For example, a digit 1 in R3C1 means that the region sum Laser, which starts at R3C1, moves exactly one cell (to R3C2) and then turns. If the digit in R3C2 is then a 4, the Laser must turn downwards, since it only takes 3 steps to exit the grid if the Laser turns upwards, in which case the digit in R3C2 would have to be a 3. The Laser now extends down from R3C2 to R7C2, where it must turn again.)
Lasers may cross each other perpendicularly (even in cells with emitters), but never otherwise share cells. Furthermore, the color of a Laser emitter may give its created Laser additional properties:
GERMAN WHISPER: Adjacent digits on a Green Laser have a difference of at least 5.
2-WHISPER: Adjacent digits on a Yellow Laser have a difference of at least 2.
REGION-SUM: Box borders divide Blue Lasers into segments of equal sum.
RENBAN: The digits along a Purple Laser form a non-repeating consecutive set, which can be arranged in any order.
NEUTRAL: Gray Lasers have no special properties.

Changed difficulty, as it appears slightly easier (from external testing) than how I originally thought.
