ARROWS - Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.
Each circle has exactly one arrow. Arrows only move orthogonally, and don't share cells.
DYNAMIC FOG - The grid is covered in fog. Placing correct digits may or may not clear fog from part of the grid.

After getting a few solid deductions, I was stuck and typed in 1-6 in white cells in the hope that some fog cells would be revealed. Therefore, the word "cheating" is what I like most in this puzzle.
