Double Dippin' Dots

This is a puzzle I made prior to Randall's Sum Dot Pack that I never published.
Be sure to check out that pack if you find this constraint interesting!
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Cells with same color circle contain the same digits.
- Cells touched by a Sum Dot add to the indicated value. Digits may repeat within a dot if allowed by other rules.

This puzzle is either a 2 star or 4 star depending on your comfort with the key idea. But 3 sounds like a very appropriate medium to place it at. :)
