The Blue Challenge

This is the next puzzle in my challenge series without solution checker. Have fun and leave a comment.
Rules:
Standard sudoku rules apply.
Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide each blue line into segments of the same sum of values.
Killer-Cages: Digits in cages cannot repeat and must sum to the value shown in the upper left corner of the cage.
Lösungscode: The three digits of row 9 in box 9 left to right

I am really liking your new series, wuc! But what is the reasoning for not including solution checker? I am not quite understanding what harm it did if you still had it in these.
