Split Squad (with ChinStrap)

It was a pleasure to set this puzzle with ChinStrap for our first collaboration. A mixture of quad circles and equal split lines. Thank you to Malakree, Sujoyku and mellowrobinson for testing! Wishing you happy solving!
Puzzle: Split Squad
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Quadruple Circles: The digits in a circle must appear in at least one of the surrounding 4 cells. A, B and C represent 3 distinct digits that the solver must deduce.
Equal Split Lines: Quadruple circles split lines into segments with equal sums. Digits may repeat on lines but not within a segment. Different lines may have different sums.

That was hard, but with a few notes on the side with possible sums I could piece it together. Very nice construction. Thanks!

I went astray a few times, including once that gave me a lot of the right digits for the wrong reason when I was sure I knew what C was by way of row 9 even though I did not. Ultimately though, super clever, this here puzzle. Thank you!
