All 12 pentomino in one Suguru

My first puzzle on Logic-Masters
A Suguru (Tectonic) with only 5-number-blocks. The 12 different pentomino all occuring once in one Suguru. There are 4 black squares to be able to place the L- and U-pentomino.
Don't let the simple rules fool you. This is the most difficult one from a serie!
I'm even doubting if I shouldn't publish a more easy one, as I think this one is really, really difficult :-)
I'm curious how many people can solve this one...

Rules:
Suguru: Each region must contain the digits 1-5. No same digit appears in any neighboring cell, not even diagonally.

This was too hard for me. I'd love to see a solution guide, or even a hint or two, if one exists.
