This one went through a few iterations before I settled on the final set-up and name - but I think I settled on the right combo here!

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Global entropy - every 2 x 2 box of cells in the grid must have at least one low digit (1, 2, or 3), one middle digit (4, 5, or 6), and one high digit (7, 8, or 9).
- Killer cages - digits inside a killer cage are distinct and add up to the total in the upper left corner of the cage.
- Modular Lines - each set of 3 digits along a teal modular line has a digit from the following sets: (1, 4, or 7), (2, 5, or 8), and (3, 6 or 9).
- Palindromes - digits along a thin gray palindrome line must read the same backwards and forwards.
- X pairs - digits separated by an X sum to 10. No negative constraint.

Really liked the global entropy element, very novel
>>>NSM here - so glad you liked it - Mad-Tyas created the first entropy puzzle several years ago and the concept has been such a boon to this community.
