This puzzle was created as a birthday gift for Flinty, the absolute legend behind the famous Dutch Flat Mate puzzle series. He is an excellent setter, and just an all around cool person. Happy birthday!
Rules:
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Dutch Flats: every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
- Ambiguity: each line in the grid is either a Between Line, or a Double Arrow, but NEVER BOTH.
- Between Lines: digits along a line must be strictly between the digits in the attached circles.
- Double Arrows: digits along a line must have the same sum as the digits in that line's circles.

Lovely puzzle! It is wonderful how you can deduce the ambiguous clues when asking the right questions. Also a wonderful use of the Dutch Flat Mates constraint. Thank you, Black_Doom!
