Deconstruction sudoku rules: There are nine 3x3 box regions, to be determined by the solver. All cells on a line or connected by a dot must be in a region. Place the digits 1-9 in every region. These digits may not repeat in a column or row.
Cells not in a region should be filled with 0 for the solution check.
Region Sum lines: Box borders divide Blue lines into segments with equal values (different lines may have different values). Segment values are the sum of the digits along that segment.
The Dark Blue lines form a virtual region sum line. Each segment has the same value.
Kropki dots: Black dots connect cells with a 2:1 ratio. White dots connect cells with consecutive digits.
Not all dots are given.
Lösungscode: Row two, all eleven digits including any zeros.

I didn't notice the rule that all cells on a line or connected by dots are in some regions, and then two hours passed... But magically most digits and regions can be deduced. It is satisfying and worth a 5* rating lol

Very nice deconstruction puzzle, a bit tricky in the middle for me. Thanks!

Thanks to your feedback, I have replaced the missing dot and updated the rules for clarity.
