Happy Birthday Palpot
This puzzle was set as a birthday gift for palpot. Palpot test solves 99% of my puzzles; often helps me with setting/logic; he's my #1 collab buddy, and a great asset to the Sudoku community. The puzzle title comes from a redeem on OlliWright's Twitch stream.
Initial Setter Difficulty: 2 / 5
Normal Sudoku rules apply
Place the digits 1-9 so that they do not repeat in any row, column, or 3x3 box.
Global Entropy
Each 2x2 in the grid must have at least one digit from each of the entropic sets - {1,2,3}, {4,5,6}, {7,8,9}
Teapots
All teapots must have a 1 above them or a 9 below them, they may have both, but they don't need both.
Up to N-sums
A clue outside the Row or Column N indicates the sum of all digits up to the cell that contains the digit N. (The digit N itself is not included in the sum.)
Hint to start
There is a very quick win with the Teapot in Row 1.
Solution code: Digits in Row 9 (left to right)

On the first attempt I lost the battle against the global entropy and broke the puzzle. I‘m glad I tried it again now. Thank you very much for creating and sharing this lovely gift.
