Normal sudoku rules apply
Placing a correct digit may clear fog somewhere in the puzzle, no need to guess.
Limitations: The same digit may not repeat on any same color line or dot, x, v, or circle. (rules 1-8 below)
1. Digits along gray arrow lines sum to the digit in the attached circle. Digits along a gray between line fall between the digits on the two end circles.
2. Cells on a purple Renban line form a set of non-repeating consecutive digits in any order.
3. Adjacent cells on a green German Whisper line have a difference of at least five.
4. White dots connect cells with consecutive digits.
5. Black dots connect cells in a 2:1 ratio.
6. X connects cells which sum to ten.
7. V connects cells which sum to five.
8. Circles: There are four digits (to be determined) in the quadruple circle, which are the digits in the four surrounding cells. There are also four circles attached to arrows and on the between lines. The last gray circle is odd.
Notes for the limitations rule. The four circles connected to a gray line are not on a gray line, and may repeat on an gray arrow or gray between line if allowed by other rules. White Kropki dots are not circles.

The break-in was hard for me, but after that it flowed very smoothly. I was just a little confused, that the gray odd circle was revealed after I set a digit in it. Was that intended or took I a "not quite right" turn somewhere?
--it is possible that by that point in the puzzle you were solving cells that I got to later in my testing. Not a problem, thanks for solving.

to solve this puzzle, you need to ASSUME that the renban extends into r3c7. however, this assumption is INVALID, as there is no convention on this point, and PRIOR setters have used it the other way.
simplest fix would be to remove the fog from r3c7 or to state the assumption in the rules.

I agree that the solve requires the observation that the Renban extends into r3c7, however I believe this is a logical conclusion, based on r3c6 and r4c7. If the Renban ended, it those cells would look the same, therefore the second Renban continues. The assumption is that the clue graphics are formatted correctly. Correctly formatted clue graphics are the key to dynamic fog puzzles.
