Ghosts have been spotted roaming the halls of Pac Manor. Can you help them move on?
German whispers: Along a green line, adjacent digits must differ by at least 5.
Region sum lines: Box borders split a blue line into segments which each have the same total.
Kropki dots: Two cells joined by a black dot have one cell with double the other's value. Two cells joined by a white dot have consecutive digits. Not all dots are given.

I'm a bit surprised for this one, especially reading the other comments, as I found this tricky but guess I caught on to everything fast as it took me just under 13 minutes to finish. I'm pretty sure I didn't make any lucky guesses, honest! :D

this is ABSOLUTELY an "experts only" puzzle, hence level 3, because there is a critical step that no beginner will hit on in a million years.
of course, there are some relatively easy (level 2) things that any sudoku solver will be doing, but then you hit a brick wall.
at that point, the critical question is "where do you put the high digits in box 6, and in particular, the ones from row 4 of the green head".
as soon as you ASK that question, the puzzle solves smoothly. otherwise, you are dead in the water.

I quite enjoyed this one, although it was a bit harder for me than I thought, I guess I just didn't ask the right question.
