RULES
Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply; place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Region Sum Index Line: Blue lines are divided by the 3x3 box borders into sums of equal value. Additionally, every digit N on the line is indexed by position N from the diamond, if given. If not given, the start of the line must be deduced.

Nice! I came in familiar with how restricted this combo was so it was probably a bit easier for me than most but this was definitely smooth and an approachable one.
