This is my first puzzle. I found the break-in too beautiful to hide away in a sudoku hunt I'm planning on making.

Quick little thing. The psuedo-region was too dark IMO, but otherwise it was nice.

Very nice break-in, but I agree with asp1310 that the puzzle should be self-contained.

All that said, this was a pretty decent first puzzle where the extra region was actually needed (in a couple of clever ways) to make some deductions on erasing some pencil marks, rather than being there as redundancy (as even some experienced setters use them)!
