Normal 9x9 Sudoku rules apply. (Put digits 1 to 9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box.)
- Arrows: The sum of the digits along an arrow must equal the number in the circle. Some numbers in the circle are two-digit numbers, read from left to right.

Hint: The tens digit of the circles can be easily determined. Perform some case testing to limit or identify the unit digit of the circles. You can also consider parity.
