great puzzle! Took me ages but it was very satisfying. Though I am not sure what you mean with 'All possible invisible Kropki dots are given'. Some kropki dots are not indexed by an arrow. If it was a joke, then please ignore me :). Thank you for sharing!

Thanks for the kind words. When testing I initially didn't have the additional rule, but then you don't have to place a dot between every consecutive pair (E.g. you could have a 5 looking at 6 consecutive pairs, but only *choose* to place 5 dots). So an additional rule is required (And I found the wording amusing), but I admit I could have clarified the implications of this better.

Wonderful puzzle! Not as difficult as it first appears for a grid with only tiny arrows and invisible dots.

Philosophical question: if two consecutive cells aren't pointed at by any arrow, do they still share an invisible kropki dot? Like the question about a tree falling in the forest. I say yes. :)

What a lovely fun puzzle with great flow and a simple rule set- thanks :-)

I was initially a bit confused about the implication of the negative constraint to the full grid but it only applies to arrow cells, meaning "the arrows count all consecutive adjacent pairs in that direction".
