This puzzle was made for Scojo's weekly prompt to celebrate 2 years of Setting Saturdays! I hope you enjoy!
Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Killer Cages: Digits in a cage must sum to the value indicated in the top left corner.
Two Twos and a Lie:
Each killer cage is claiming to contain a 2, but for each set of cages that sum to the same amount, 2 are telling the truth, the third is lying.
Note: Killer Cage totals are always correct, the lie is in relation to the cages containing the digit "2".
Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
Play on SudokuPad!
Solution code: Row 4 from left to right. (9 digits)

Added note about cage totals always being correct.

Excellent puzzle. Would probably help to rephrase the rules to be clear that the lie is in relation to containing a 2, not about the cage totals.

@kakstront: The total is always correct. 2 of 3 cages contain the "2", the 3rd cage not.
Nice puzzle, thanks for setting!

Are they lying about containing a 2 or about summing to the total given?
