Wannabe assassin by Nicolas Duhail.

Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
There are nine pseudo cells in the grid, one in every row, column and box. Each digit from 1-9 appears in a pseudo cell exactly once.
A pseudo cell's value is that of its 3x3 box number.
Within a cage, digits must not repeat and their values sum to the small number in the top left corner.

Very smooth logic and fun interaction! I used trial and error for the last part but I figured out how to logically solve it halfway.

Sorry, what is the order of 3 by 3 box number?
-----
ND: Hello, top to bottom and left to right.
So top-left is 1 and bottom-left is 7 for example.
