Rules:

Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into regions, each consisting of orthogonally connected cells, and fill each row, column, and region with the digits 1 to 9 once each.

Green Arrows: The digit in a cell with an arrow is the total number of OTHER cells belonging to the same region seen in the indicated direction by the arrow in the cell. Entering different regions obstructs this vision. Additionally, each arrow's sightline, (going from its cell to the last cell it sees in its region without changing direction,) must satisfy at least one of the three below rules. No two arrows in the same region may satisfy the same rule. Note that the green X indicates that the two cells it separates are in the same region. There are also three given digits.

German Whisper: Adjacent digits along a line segment differ by at least 5.

Split pea: The sum of the values strictly between two ends of the segment is equal to a concatenation of the two values on the circles, in some order. (e.g. 3_256_1 could be a valid split pea line segment, as 2+5+6=13.)

Modular: Every set of three sequential digits along a segment must contain a complete set of residues modulo 3, i.e. one digit from {1,4,7}, one from {2,5,8}, and one from {3,6,9}. Digits on two-cell line segments cannot be from the same residue set.
