Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The sum of the values along an arrow is equal to the value in the connected circle.
Each cell has the value of its digit minus its box number.
For example, the given 8 in box 3 has a value of 5.

I solved this puzzle but it didn't accept the solution code of the first row, neither digits nor values.
Edit: It now accepted the digits of the 5th row.
Thank you for setting and sharing this beautiful puzzle with such new, refreshing ruleset.
