Afsluitdijk (Loop/Dutch Whisper)

I do not like Dutch whispers as a constraint, so challenged to set with them, I was surprised to see them come together into this minimalist loop puzzle. Consensus testing estimate was 2 stars, honest! Good luck!
- Normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1 to 9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box
- Dutch Loop:
- Draw a loop in the grid, a series of orthogonally connected cells that does not branch or touch itself even diagonally
- Arrow circles are on the loop, and count the number of loop cells visible horizontally and vertically combined, including itself. Non-loop cells block the view
- The loop acts as a Dutch whisper, where adjacent digits differ by at least 4
- Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle
Lösungscode: Digits NOT on the loop in row 7

This is the first time I've ever attempted a loop puzzle, though I have watched numerous videos of other people solving them. I would say 2 stars is an appropriate rating, approachable and smooth while still offering a few challenges.
