The High Line

This NYC-themed sudoku was inspired by several puzzle-design talks at the 2025 SudokuCon. Big thanks to all the teachers, especially juggler!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. White digits act as givens.
The High Line: Each cell on the thin green line must contain a value higher than all its orthogonal neighbors not on the line. (Both visual landmarks still count as cells on the High Line.)
Region Sum Line: The thick blue line is divided into segments by box borders. Each line segment has the same sum.
Black Kropki Dots: The digit on one side of a black dot is double the value of the digit on the other side.
Solution code: The High Line path from the Vessel (r1c5) to the Little Island (r7c2) (10 digits)

Made a few mistakes multiple times, would be nice to have the street numbers centered in the cells. I enjoyed it

Loved the puzzle, loved the theme. Having walked it myself and enjoyed Little Island, I could see Little Island in the Hudson River. In sudokupad, it was slightly difficult to remember the given digits, as they don't fit the grid lines well. It might be helpful to have a standard version for those who find it a problem.
