Unique under the Fog

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits on a purple Renban line for a non-repeating set of consecutive digits. (RB)
Box borders divide blue Region Sum lines into segments with the same sum. (RS)
Neighbouring digits on a green German Whisper must have a difference if at keast 5. (GW)
Neighbouring digits on a red line must alternate parity. (P)
Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Cells with a grey square contain an even digit.
Each constraint type may contain no repeated digits anywhere in this puzzle. Eg. If one renban line contains a 5, then no other renban line may contain a 5.
Additionally the grid is partially covered in fog. Placing a correct digit may clear fog in somewhere in the grid.

Why can't R6c3 be 3?
You will have to make both ends 1 and 2. And they would therefore repeat on the blue line. /vis

@PinkNickels Belamis has a 'Foggy Regional Constraints' (https://logic-masters.de/Raetselportal/Raetsel/zeigen.php?id=000MV2). That was the first time i saw one, might be others but i really liked that puzzle; more approachable than this puzzle.

That said, this puzzle is really nice as well. I thought i was missing a clue, but of course it was sudoku.

Super fun idea and excellent execution. I have seen the "disjoint on clues" before, but not mixed in with fog (as least that i can recall). Brilliant setting. Such a blast to solve.
