This puzzle was inspired by a prompt from ChaoticSolving.
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains the digits 1-9 exactly once each.
Digits on any arrow emerging from a circle sum to the digit in the circle, whereby digits may repeat along the arrow.
Digits in a quadruple circle must each appear at least once in the four cells touching that circle.
