Chaotic Involution (Sudoku)

This puzzle was inspired by a prompt from ChaoticSolving.
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains the digits 1-9 exactly once each.
Digits on any arrow emerging from a circle sum to the digit in the circle, whereby digits may repeat along the arrow.
Digits in a quadruple circle must each appear at least once in the four cells touching that circle.

Elegant design and sweet logic. The setup in the middle is very clean, and the outer ring does a lovely job of directing traffic.
