In This Economy (Dutch Flatsharing)

Space is a rare commodity in the Netherlands. Digits can make a quick buck by sharing their cells and 5 is going all in. But 5's friends 1 and 9 are not amused.
This puzzle was inspired by "Flinty's Flatmates" by LMDemasi, which is not on LMD (yet).
Thanks to the inventor of the dutch flat mate rule Flinty for testing.

Rules

Fill the grid with the digits 0-9. Digits may not repeat in rows, columns and boxes.

Killer Cages: digits in cages may not repeat and sum to the total in the top left corner.

Dutch Flatmates: each 5 needs to have either a 1 directly above or a 9 directly below or both.

S-Cells: all 5s need some extra cash and are subletting their cells to another digit. Each 5 gets a different roommate digit.
For solution validation do not enter the 5s, just the other digit.

I wasn't familiar with Schrödinger cells and had to look up those rules elsewhere until I really got it. But very fun puzzle!

Gave it 3* but felt like it could have been a 2* if i didn't keep on forgetting the flatmates rule. Nice angle on the special schroedinger and we'll executed. Thanks.

Sorry, i low balled the difficulty after simplifying the ending. I changed the initial difficulty to 3 stars now.

For me it was definitely more than a 2*

Suggestion - include the note about 5's not in the solution code, in the solution code description, i.e. "col 2, top to bottom, ignore the 5", just as a reminder for those of us who may have forgotten reading that note in the puzzle rules :-)
