The Archery Contest

(Published on 23. April 2025, 23:58 by Rhetorical Rebel)

Welcome, one and all, to today's grand Archery Contest. Three contestants will fight for a grand prize, given by Lady Marian. You (Robin Hood), Prince John and the Sheriff of Nottingham will each fire one arrow. Draw a line in the grid for the trajectory of each of these arrows. Different "Arrow-lines" cannot pass through the same cells and each line has its own set of rules, specified below. Each contestant’s starting position and direction is marked with a colored arrow: Robin = Green, Prince John = Blue, Sheriff = Red. The winner will be determined by whoever has the highest number in box 5, i.e. the target; the center of which is indicated by a grey circle that can only contain an odd digit. Normal sudoku rules apply. Robin's Arrow: Divide the grid into "Rich" and "Poor" boxes. In a "Rich box" Robin's arrow may only pass through high digits (i.e. 6-7-8-9) and in a "Poor" box only through low digits (i.e. 1-2-3-4). As Robin steals from the rich and gives to the poor, each time his arrow enters a new box , his arrow must alternate between "Rich" and "Poor" and must take as many cells as possible in that box, though not all rich or poor digits in a box are necessarily on the line. Prince John wants every digit in the kingdom to fall in line, so his arrow passes through exactly one full, orthogonally connected set of digits 1–9, in strict ascending order. The Sheriff of Nottingham imprisons those poor digits who cannot afford their taxes. His line can therefore only contain poor digits. (i.e. 1-2-3-4) And must take as many digits per box as well. Killer Cages Stands: The crowd has seated themselves on the stands to watch this grand contest. Digits in the cage sum to the number in the topleft corner and cannot repeat. Kropki Dot Guards: That cheating Sheriff has placed Kropki guards all over the arena! Can you outmanoeuvre them? Standard Kropki rules apply. White dot: digits differ by 1. Black dot: one is double the other. Good luck and may the best man win! You can play this puzzle online using Sudokupad: https://sudokupad.app/9ipvo724i4

changed wording for Sheriff line slightly so that it has to take all digits possible per box it enters. Forgot to add that part. My apologies for the early ambuigity, dear solvers!

...Normal sudoku rules apply...
-> please add the sudoku tag.
Without it, the puzzle will be found in queries "-sudoku" and it will not be found in queries with "+sudoku"

It solves nicely and pretty straightforward but i think one of the arrow-lines has options and is not fully restricted
