Due to some legal procedures, we cannot longer experiment with humans (nor rats), but we are still allowed to drop some puzzles here and there as long as we don't collect any relevant data of the solvers. However, as I find your species quite irrelevant, any information or suggestion will be acquired and used to improve future puzzles. Thank you!

Rules

• Normal sudoku rules apply.
• Portal mechanics: Draw pairs of connected portals (one blue, one orange, same orientation [both horizontal or vertical]) on some cell edges such that the sum of the numbers separated by a blue portal is even (odd if the portal is orange). Any line that enters a portal must continue through the connected portal in the same direction.
• Every chamber will stipulate the number of portal pairs required to solve it, some of which may be already activated. You can't use a higher number of portals, but maybe you can find an original solution that uses fewer.
• Other sudoku variants may apply.
