Some more standard variants, and back to a slightly easier sudoku but hopefully still fun. Thanks to CtC community for testing, enjoy!
Puzzle: Joint effort
Rules:
Normal 9x9 Sudoku rules apply.
Double arrows: digits on a red/blue line must sum to the sum of it's two connected bulbs
Dutch Whispers: Digits on an orange line must have a difference of at least 4.
Quadruples: Digits in circles must appear in at least one of the surrounding 4 cells.
Solution code: Row 8, left to right, 9 digits no spaces:

This is a great puzzle. Not sure about the difficulty. It took me almost an hour to solve, but none of th techniques were that advanced in the end.

Lovely pairing of constraints, dutch whispers and double arrows, that can be tricky to set with.
