Brooklands (Doubler/Region Sum Line)

After setting the collab with palpot using Yin Yang doublers with Region Sum Lines, there was so much interesting logic I wanted to explore using Region Sum Lines with "standard" doubler rules. Consensus testing opinion was between 3 and 4 stars, I think there are enough tricky steps to warrant a 4 but we will see. Good luck!
- Normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1 to 9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box
- Doublers: 9 cells in the grid are doublers, one per row, column, and 3x3 box, each containing a different digit. The value of a doubler cell is double the digit in that cell
- Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum (of values)

Fun puzzle, I like adding doublers to sum lines.
