Normal Sudoku rules apply
Place the digits 1-9 so that they do not repeat in any row, column, or 3x3 box.

Dutch Flats
Every 5 in the grid must have a '1' directly above it or a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.

Kropki (3)
Digits separated by a (3) black kropki dot are in 1:3 ratio.
Digits separated by a (3) white kropki dot have a difference of 3.

Hint to start

Maybe a weekly reminder to think about happy 5s - haha; possibly overpencilmarking runs of kropkis where the central digit is more limited could delay your solve too.

Special Thanks
With the series becoming more popular with guest setters (very grateful), I've realised that I've only released one Flat Mate this year that was exclusively mine (not collab), so I'm hoping to get some of my drafts out that have been sat in the queue the longest - only choosing this one now as it's arguably the easiest.
