Box o' donuts

Normal sudoku rules apply. A donut is a 4x4 region with the center 2x2 cells removed and the rest filled with tasty digits. Place four identical copies of the same donut in the grid without overlapping, reflecting, or rotating. Digits on a thermometer increase from the bulb end.
