RULES:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The grid is covered in fog. The grid is covered in fog. Entering correct digits into cells reveals the surrounding fog. The colored lines are lockout lines. Each lockout line has its own color, and lockout lines move orthogonally from cell to cell. Digits along a lockout line must not be equal to or between the digits on the circled ends of the line, which have a difference of at least 4. Digits separated by white dots are consecutive. Digits separated by black dots have a 1:2 ratio.

Assumptions I had to make while solving:
Digits on the lockout line cannot equal the digits on the circled ends of the line.
There's only one lockout line of each color.
Lockout lines only move orthogonally.
Please clarify the rules.
