Slow Thermometers: Digits do not decrease along a slow thermometer, starting from the bulb end.
Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a white dot differ by 1. Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.

Lol, had to go back and read the rules as I puzzled over the first and last column and then it made sense. Fun puzzle!
