Solution code: Row 3 then row 4 (reading left to right), of the 16th snack.

Great exercise. 16 was easier to me. I love the most tricky to me: the disturbingly bent fingers. Shockingly awesome. Great setting.
Marty: Nice, thankyou! Have you tried the original 6x6 version of index fingers?

A really fun adventure through Sudoku worlds!

I thought the last two were a delightful level of tricky for a snack. 16 took me about 10 minutes and lots of hypothetical line drawing!

Lovely :)
I've just begun solving variant sudokus and I really appreciate these "easy" puzzles as introductions to different rule sets ^^
The logic is also tight and beautiful in all of the puzzles - thanks for setting them ^^

A bit late to the party but great puzzle (collection) There were some that could have been 3* but with a 4x4 I suppose they were easy enough to brute force by just pencil marking guesses to see if they’d work.

The puzzle set made very interesting variant rules accessible! I am now thrilled to one day tackle your bigger grids that may have some of these rules. I enjoyed some puzzles more than others, and that has also given me a hint as to what kind of puzzles I am drawn to. Thanks a lot for setting such a puzzle, and my wish is that there would be more like these in the future (say, 6 by 6?).

Great pack, thanks! Varied in difficulty for me a bit, but that's part of the fun.

A series of 16 consecutive and unique break-ins. Lovely ideas and lovely graphics.

What an absolute joy! Such a tight intro to all these ideas and rulesets, while being fun as ever. LOVE THE BAT BUN PUN
Thanks for this Marty!

That was great, some of them were super easy, but a few stopped me for a while. #16 was a head scratcher, trying to figure out how to get started, but once I put together all the elements of the rule set it came together really nicely.

Fun and challenging! Can't wait for Fangz to meet Finkz.
on 21. April 2025, 23:43 by TheGrand547
Absolutely loved all except the penultimate one, which something in the rules tripped me up. Probably a me thing, because everything else was crystal clear.
Lovely work!

This is very high level snacking!

Absolutely delightful, and a fantastic way to check in with so many variant sudoku techniques!

Brilliant! I especially like the bat bun. Why? Isn‘t that obvious?
Thanks, Marty!

Even given how good Marty is, I was still surprised by how clever and enjoyable and well themed a small 4x4 sudoku can be. And the quality was very consistently high despite the large number of them. Thanks Marty!

These were beautiful! Absolutely loved them!!!

I loved the cookie one! These really shine.

An amazing chefs tasting menu! So many gems, no weak link.
My mistake was playing this on the subway where loading pages took as long as playing them but it was well worth the wait.

There were some genuinely great and surprisingly intricate puzzles in there. What a fun collection.

These puzzles couldn't be more perfect for me, I've always admired your creativity in making all these varieties. Mathematics is my weakness so the bigger versions can overwhelm me but these are a perfect size for me to tackle, they allow me to identify and fix my mistakes quickly. Watching others solve your bigger puzzles helped with any tricky bits but solving for myself alot of your back catalogue in miniature is something I've always wanted to do.
If anyone is playing on an old device which behaves like mine make sure the images have rendered in the size and appearance as the picture, if you bat is massive just refresh and if your cookies have doubled in the image, make use you you have "Disable Emoji Replacement:Off" in the SudokuPad settings.

The Marty Sears Medley. That was great :)

Wonderful collection of bite-size snacks! It's impressive how Marty can make 4×4 puzzles challenging, not once, but 16 times, all in different ways!
Fangz the Bat whet my appetite for season 3 of Rat Run!
(Marty, I can assure you ‘people’ are looking forward to that. A LOT.)

Wow! This felt like reading a booklet featuring a bunch of many lovely ideas for variant sudoku appearing through the last year, of course most of them created by you… Thank you so much for sharing these.

Yummy!
How is Finkz doing? Getting ready for some new adventures?
Marty: I have made some more episodes but still quite a way to go yet. Have been really busy recently. Glad people are looking forward to season 3 though... so am I :)

Thanks for the many nice snacks which even for long-time fans contain new variants! I continue to be amazed by your creativity WRT rule sets.

I absolutely loved this pack. Of course, there were several variants I know and enjoy very much. But I also got to learn some rulesets I am a little scared of in 9x9s. Thank you for these wonderful puzzles, Marty!
