Inspired by the RAC ruleset developed by cirne that I learned about at SudokuCon. I like how this turned out - should be pretty approachable. Any feedback on presentation and rules clarity leave a comment!
Normal sudoku rules apply.
-Ambiguous lines: The solver must determine the function of the outlined lines. Possible line types are parity line, renban, german whisper, or region sum line, which follow standard rules, described below.
-Rule Activation Cells (RACs): The digit contained in the attached triangle determines the type of line constraint. A few lines and RAC values are given and correspond to the key at right of the grid.
-Ratio Pairs. Digits in cells connected by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
Standard line rules below.
-Parity lines. Adjacent digits on a red parity line alternate between odd and even.
-Renban. Digits on a purple renban line comprise a set of consecutive digits in any order.
-German Whisper. Adjacent digits on a green german whisper line have a difference of at least 5.
-Region Sum lines. Digits on a blue region sum line sum to the same value within each box the line passes into.

That was fun!!! I didn't find it that hard, I'm very surprised at how few solves there are.
