Skyscrapers: All outside cells on a clue must contain a digit. That digit counts how many digits are 'seen' looking into the grid in the row/column. Digits are visible when they are larger than all digits before them.

Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum up to the digit in the arrow's bulb.
