Holidays make it possible to find the time to set some puzzles. Another chaos construction puzzle, maybe at 3.5*-4*? Have fun and leave a comment.
Rules:
Place the numbers from 1 to 9 exactly once in every row, column, and region. Each region is orthogonally connected and must be located by the solver.
Adjacent digits along a green German Whispers line must differ by at least 5. Cells along a line belong to the same region.
Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given. Cells separated by white dots must be in different regions.
Digits in cells with a circle indicate the number of cells seen by horizontally and vertically that belong to the same region as the cell with the circle, including the cell with the circle. Region borders obstruct vision.

Easy to get started, but then also very easy to make a mistake drawing borders.
