Normal Sudoku rules do not apply.
Place the digits from 1-9 in the grid so that they do not repeat in any row or column. Digits can (and will) repeat in each 3x3 box. Each box will use exactly 3 of the digits from 1-9.
Entropy Rows: Every 3 consecutive cells along each row must contain a low digit (1,2,3), middle digit (4,5,6) and high digit (7,8,9).
Digits along an arrow sum the the number in that arrows circle.

Most of the time I spent on this was trying to wrap my head around the ruleset. After that it was done almost instantly. Very interesting logic there

I came to this ruleset cold without checking out the MS-DOS puzzle first. Big mistake.
Very formidable opening phase. Thereafter it got much easier. Remember what mommy used to say - suffer to gain.
A very beautiful puzzle but read every word of this setter with care and seriousness.
