Rogue Digit

This is an emergency announcement to all sudoku solvers. A digit has gone rogue and has escaped with its companions. Due to this, your sudoku puzzles has become unsolvable. We have left you this puzzle that you can solve without the rogue digit. We cannot determine what digit has gone rogue in your puzzle. I fear that you have to find it all by yourself.
Here are the instructions.
1)Place the digits in such a way that it doesn't repeat in any row, column and marked 3x3 box.
2)Digits in a killer cage must sum to the given total without repetition.
3)Cells seperated by a white dot are consecutive.
4)Cell seperated by a black dot are in 1:2 ratio.

a digit goes rogue means it is replaced by 0 and values 0
