Rules:
- Normal 4x4 sudoku rules apply: place the digits 1-4 in each row, column, and 2x2 box.
- Look and Say Cages: Digits surrounded in dotted-line are in cages. The number in the top left corner of a cage indicates how often a number within it should appear. The tens digit is how many times, and the ones digit is which number. For example, a cage labeled with 23 would mean there are 2 3's in that cage.
- White Dot: If a white dot appears between 2 digits, the digits are consecutive.
