For me this landed between 2 and 3 stars difficulty, so 2 stars for encouragement's sake.

Normal sudoku rules apply.
The sum of the digit in a cell with an arrow and a digit that can be found in one of the cells in the direction of the arrow, equals 10.
This applies for each arrow when a cell has more than one arrow.
For diagonal arrows, the second digit might appear more than once on the diagonal.
On a thermometer digits strictly increase starting from the bulb's end.

Awesome coloring exercise, but definitely not two stars. I’d call it 3-4. I’d love to see more of these in the future!

Yay! I'm the first solver!
Took me 61:34 to solve. Lot's of coloring involved :). I'd give it 3.5 stars because of the break in with the thermo.
