Odd-Even Encoded Skyscraper Sums

Es gelten die üblichen Sudoku-Regeln: jede Reihe, Spalte, und 3x3-Box enthält die Ziffern 1-9 je einmal.
Hinweise ausserhalb des Gitters geben die Summe der von dem Blickpunkt aus 'sichtbaren' Ziffern an, wobei grössere Ziffern die hinter ihnen stehenden kleineren verdecken.
Ziffern der Hinweise sind allerdings ersetzt worden, und zwar mit den Symbolen
- 'O' für Ziffern 1,3,5,7,9;
- 'E' für Ziffern 0,2,4,6,8; und
- '?' für beliebige Ziffern
SudokuPad-Fassung.
Lösungscode: Spalte 4, von oben nach unten, dann Spalte 6 ebenfalls (insgesamt 18 Ziffern)

i dont get the odd odd clue because it has to be 11 as minimum but the maximum it can see is 9 so

You are not being asked to count skyscrapers, but rather asked to sum their values. So 428197365 gets a clue of 21 from the left and a clue of 27 from the right (4+8+9 and 5+6+7+9, respectively)
