Normal sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains the digits 1-9 once each.
Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits 'visible' from that vantage point, whereby large digits conceal the view of smaller digits behind them.
However, clue digits have been replaced by the symbols
SudokuPad version.
Solution code: Column 4, from top to bottom, then column 6 in the same manner (18 digits total)

i dont get the odd odd clue because it has to be 11 as minimum but the maximum it can see is 9 so

You are not being asked to count skyscrapers, but rather asked to sum their values. So 428197365 gets a clue of 21 from the left and a clue of 27 from the right (4+8+9 and 5+6+7+9, respectively)
