Rules
Place the digits 1-9 in each row, column and region. Regions are orthogonally connected and have to be determined. Some region borders are given.
A digit in a circle indicates how many of the (up to 8) surrounding cells are part of the same region. Not all circles are given.
Additionally, a digit N within a circle appears in circles N times.
