RULES
Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply; place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Skyscrapers: Each digit in the grid represents a skyscraper of the corresponding height. Values outside the grid indicate how many buildings can be seen from that direction, where higher buildings block the visibility of lower buildings.
Black Kropki: Cells separated by a black dot with an integer value "N," if given, have values in a ratio of 1:N.
White Kropki: Cells separated by a white dot with an integer value "N," if given, have values with a difference of N.
The unknown integer value must be deduced, but is equal for both black and white Kropki.
