May the Force Be With You – A Star Wars Sudoku
Welcome, young Padawan, to a Sudoku puzzle from a galaxy far, far away! This is no ordinary grid—it’s filled with legendary Star Wars elements, each with its own unique rule. May the Force (and your logic) guide you!
Rules:
1. Normal classic Sudoku rules apply.
2. Box 1 and 2 – General Chiefus: - The arms are palindromes are 2 the purple hand and the green hands . - Green lightsabers are German Whisper lines (adjacent digits differ by at least 5). - Pink lightsabers are Renban lines (consecutive digits in any order). - Killer cages must sum to 13.
3. Box 3 – The Starships: - Wings are thermometers (numbers increase from the bulb in the middle). - The middle cell is an odd number. - Stars are black Kropki dots (one number is double the other).
4. Box 4 – BB-8: - The head follows a Dutch Whisper line (adjacent digits differ by 4). - The eye is a black Kropki dot (one number is double the other).
5. Boxes 5, 6 and 9 – The Mighty AT-AT: - Black head contains Renban lines. - The square in the head is an even digit. - The blue connection is a Region Sum line (digits sum to the same total in each box it crosses). - The core (two bulbs) is an In-Between line (digits between the endpoints). - Legs are thermometers (numbers increase from bottom to top). - X’s in the grid must sum to 10.
6. Box 7 – The Green Lightsabers: - Green lightsabers are both thermometers and German Whisper lines.
7. Box 8 – The Spaceship: - Black wings are Renban lines. - The circular head is an odd digit.
