Dots On The Horizon

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply within the inner 9x9 grid: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
- Kropki: Black dots separate digits where one is double the other. Not all possible dots are given.
- Skyscraper: Digits outside the sudoku grid count how many digits are 'seen' looking into the grid in the row/column. Digits are visible when they are larger than all digits before them. Only digits inside the sudoku grid are counted for the purpose of skyscraper clues.

I agree with the difficulty rating of 3, although it was harder than that for me: I had to restart after making mistakes more than once. Thanks for the very nice puzzle!
