This weeks setting challenge by scojo is about skyscrapers and ratio dots. Thanks to the CtC-fan-discord for testing. Hope you enjoy!
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Skylines: An arrow points to the first line end in its direction. The digit on the arrow counts how many digits are larger than all digits before them when travelling from that end to the other end along the line.
Ratio Lots: Digits in circles count the number of 1:2 ratios between adjacent digits along their line.

@Puffke: from the point of view of the arrow, the line goes 1246. When traveling along the line, each digit will be strictly larger than every digit visited before, so the clue is a 4.

On the upper line in the example, there is the 6 larger than every digit, the 4 is larger than the 2 and 1, and the 2 is larger than the 1. The 1 is the first digit in line and has no digits before. So there are three digits larger than every digit before, but on the arrow there is a 4...
